    We allow a maximum of 2 pets for free if they are on booking form, undeclared pets will be charged at £20 each. Dogs must NOT be left alone in the cottage unless in a cage. You must clear away all dog hairs or be prepared to pay to have them removed.

    A deposit of £50 (or full amount if your holiday is less than 8 weeks away) is required with this form and is not refundable. Please contact us to arrange a BACS payment or make cheques payable to 'Mrs Jean Tingle'.

    By ticking the below box you agree to pay the balance no later than 8 weeks before the “Required from” date. You will not occupy the cottage outside of the period stated, and agree to the conditions of letting.
